We provide detailed receipts for reimbursement purposes.
Cash and personal checks are accepted for in-person appointments.
Checks should be made payable to "Dr. Dalia Clinic".
Please note that there is a $30 fee for returned checks.
Payment is due at the time of service for all consultations and package purchases. For ongoing programs, payment plans may be available upon request.
We understand that schedules can change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
For clients using insurance, we will submit claims on your behalf. However, please note that you are responsible for any portion of the cost not covered by your insurance.
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your initial consultation, please contact us within 7 days to discuss your concerns and possible refund options.
Package purchases are non-refundable once services have begun, but may be transferable to other services.
